Location: Sri Lanka, Weligama District
Initiative for a new retreat center on a former tea plantation (approx 4 hectares) in the south of Sri Linka, the district of Mathara near the village of Midigama.
The initiator aims to create a safe space for tantric practices and education, especially including the locals. The plan consists of 9 cabins, a sacred temple space that can host groups to 50 people, an open air restaurant and supporting facilities.
Taralena Studio designed this first concept, in a tantric co-creation process with the initiator.
